Eight Hotels Australia holds a diverse portfolio operating its wholly owned hotels, lease hold owned hotels, and providing third party management to hotel property owners.
The organization plans to expand its hotel revenues via four primary strategies:
- Acquisition and/or redevelopment of freehold independent hotels in core, urban and destination locations
- Acquisition and/or redevelopment of leasehold independent hotels in core, urban and destination locations
- Acquisition of hotel management contracts from hotel property owners seeking management services
- Provision of sales, marketing, PR, and web based services to hotel property owners
